Philosophy
We do not approach any 2 clients in exactly the same way. However, we have developed and followed a
basic 6-point set of standards for our employee benefits philosophy:
- Benefit programs should be cost-competitive and reflect the shared cost responsibility between employees and the employer.
- Benefits should be administered in a way that maximizes delivery cost efficiencies.
- Benefits should be a contributing factor in an employee's decision to join or stay with an employer, but not always be the main factor.
- Benefits should be delivered equitably to employees in similar jobs and be focused on active employees.
- Benefit programs should support workforce diversity and be strategically designed.
Benefit plan design and communication should reflect importance and value to both the individual and the employer.
